By accessing and using the website mhrelocation.com (the "Site") and engaging with MH Relocation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Site or services. MH Relocation is a registered trade name of Upskate LLC.

When you engage MH Relocation for advisory services, the following terms apply:
Nature of Services:
MH Relocation provides advisory consultation regarding relocation logistics, neighborhood research, vendor recommendations, and community transition support. We are not a licensed real estate broker or attorney. Real estate transactions must be conducted through licensed real estate professionals. For legal questions, consult a qualified attorney.
Service Packages:
Service packages (Soft Launch, Full Journey, Premier) are non-refundable once services have commenced. Cancellations must be requested in writing within 48 hours of service initiation.
Advisor Responsibility:
While Michael Helgren brings 15+ years of experience in relocation and community building, relocation decisions are ultimately your responsibility. We provide guidance based on available information; outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances.

MH Relocation has not reviewed all of the sites linked to the Site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by MH Relocation of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
8. Modifications
MH Relocation may revise these terms of service for the Site at any time without notice. By using the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
9. Governing Law
